Refund & Return Policy
At Evolv, we want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. Our customer-first refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind while trying our products.
That means your first purchase is protected by our 30-day refund policy. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and our team will take care of you. This applies to both one-time purchases and your first subscription order.
Subsequent orders delivered as part of a subscription are not eligible for a refund.
We do not accept physical returns.

Policy Details & Limitations
Refunds only apply to first-time purchases of each product line.
For subscriptions, only the initial order qualifies for our 30-day refund policy. Subsequent monthly deliveries are not eligible for refunds. You can manage, pause, or cancel future deliveries at any time through your account. Paused and reactivated subscriptions are considered existing subscriptions and therefore would not be eligible for a refund.
Purchases from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for our refund program.
Extended Support
While our standard refund window is 30 days, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you're experiencing issues outside the standard refund window, please reach out to our Customer Success team at support@evolvlife.com. We'll review each situation individually and work with you to find the best solution.
